Today I have been obsessing about tiny little details – I want to make a collage, but my mind is looping on the specifics, and I can’t agree with myself on anything: subject, colour, nada. I thought looking through some of the recent posts on here might help me clarify what I was going for, but sadly it has only widened the spectrum of possibility…which I suppose is a good thing, but right now it’s sort of frustrating.

I have to work this weekend, which is a bummer, but I’m thinking of going to a museum or gallery on Sunday afternoon. Am feeling a bit stifled at the moment (too much work, not enough play) so a little time out in a creative environment will be wonderful.

Aims for the weekend:

start a collage

write a poem – or rewrite a draft poem
